BRIDGIT / TERMS

Terms of use

Use your device responsibly. Stay in control of your agents.

Effective date: 28 October 2026. These terms apply to the bridgit.cc website and BRIDGIT services provided by Sponic Garden, Inc. ("we", "us"). Questions: support@bridgit.cc. The open-source software license described below governs your rights in the software itself.

1. Current availability

BRIDGIT Device Manager for Android is in development. The website distinguishes current device capabilities from planned appliances and workflows. A concept demonstration, roadmap or example is not a promise that a feature is available, will be released on a particular date, or will work on every Android device. There is currently no BRIDGIT online-account registration or purchase checkout on this website.

2. Eligibility and device authority

You must be an adult with legal capacity to use the services, or act under an appropriate adult's supervision where permitted by law. Use BRIDGIT only on devices and networks you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for any notices, permissions and consent required from people whose image, audio, location, messages or other information may be captured or disclosed.

3. Agents and credentials

You choose which agents and providers to connect, their permissions and the capabilities enabled on the phone. Keep credentials and pairing codes private. Review proposed actions and sensitive recipients, inspect activity and revoke access when it is no longer needed. An AI agent can misunderstand instructions, disclose content or act incorrectly. App permissions and approval controls reduce authority; they do not guarantee an agent's judgment.

You are responsible for authorized use of your agents and for securing the device and network. Stop the listener or revoke the agent's key if you suspect misuse. Do not expose the device listener to the public internet as a shortcut for setup.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use BRIDGIT or our services for unlawful surveillance or recording, stalking, harassment, unauthorized access, credential theft, exploitation of children, or collection or distribution of information you have no right to use. Do not misrepresent the app's state or bypass another person's permission controls. Do not attack or overload our website or support systems.

These service-use conditions do not remove rights granted by the software's open-source license, including rights to inspect, modify and redistribute code subject to that license.

5. Third-party services and content

Android, Tailscale, AI agents, AI providers, app stores and other integrations are separate products. Their terms, policies, compatibility requirements, usage limits and charges may apply. We do not control their availability or deletion of content they receive. You retain your rights in your content; sending a support request allows us to use what you send to respond and investigate it as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Safety and availability

BRIDGIT is not emergency dispatch, medical monitoring, a safety alarm or a substitute for responsible supervision. Planned baby-monitor and family-help examples must not be relied on as available safety systems. Phones, batteries, networks, background restrictions, permissions and third-party services can interrupt capture, processing or delivery. Do not depend on a notification or agent response to summon emergency help.

Use hardware and chargers safely and follow manufacturer guidance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, a particular response time or compatibility with all devices or agents.

7. Software license and website materials

BRIDGIT source code is provided under the Apache License 2.0, as identified in the repository's LICENSE and NOTICE files. Dependencies and third-party materials retain their own licenses. Those licenses govern use, modification, distribution, notices, patent provisions and software warranties; these website terms do not replace them.

Our names, logos and website materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. References to platforms and agent providers do not imply their endorsement or partnership.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and development services are provided as available, without additional promises beyond those expressly made. Software warranties and limitations are governed by its applicable license. You should keep suitable backups and review an agent's actions before relying on them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or takes away protections and remedies available under applicable law.

9. Changes and ending use

You can stop using BRIDGIT, disconnect agents or uninstall it at any time. Local deletion does not delete copies already sent elsewhere; see Your data. We may change or discontinue development services and may restrict access to our hosted systems to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law and existing obligations. This does not revoke rights you already have under an open-source license.

We will publish updated terms with a new effective date. Materially different hosted or paid services will need their own clear terms before you enroll or pay. Changes do not apply retroactively in a way prohibited by law.

10. Questions and concerns

Contact support@bridgit.cc about the website, these terms, safety concerns or support. Please explain the issue without sending credentials or unnecessary sensitive content. We will try to resolve concerns directly. The law and courts that apply are determined by applicable law; these terms do not choose an exclusive foreign forum or remove mandatory local protections.
